The Debbie Allen Dance Academy hosts "Dancing in the Light: Healing With Arts," a new free community class series supporting residents impacted by the L.A. wildfires. 

The fourth session will be hosted at Pasadena City College in the Hutto Patterson Gym.

The transformative power of dance is a way to help us find collective pathways to recovery together. Ms. Allen is partnering with world-class choreographers and DADA Master teachers to provide this free community series for fire impacted residents in Altadena, Pasadena, Palisades, and Santa Monica areas.

Classes are held at the Debbie Allen Dance Academy with check-in from 10 a.m.-11 a.m. and classes from 11 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.: 

11 a.m. - 12 p.m., Lyrik Cruz (Social Salsa)

12:15 p.m. - 1:15 p.m., Laurieann Gibson (Hip Hop)

1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.,Brandon O'Neal (Jazz)

Register online. Registered participants will receive an email confirmation, as well as details for Dancing In The Light prior to the day of the event. Next class is on Sunday, March 23.
